Ben Howard is a performer / choreographer at the intersection of dance, theatre, and site-based performance. Howard was a principle company dancer with the Tallahassee Ballet 2016-2020 and was a performer for Celebrity Cruise Line. Throughout his performance career, Howard has performed across 12 countries and 3 continents.
Meagan Helman is an adjunct professor at the Florida State University School of Dance and is currently serving as Interim Artistic Director for The Tallahassee Ballet. She has a diverse array of professional experiences as a dancer and educator. She performed professionally for over ten years as a principal dancer with Ballet Theatre of Maryland (BTM), where her repertoire included: Swan Lake, Romeo and Juliet, Coppélia, Cinderella, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The Firebird, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Nutcracker, Carmen, and The Scarlet Letter, among other classical and contemporary works. Ms. Helman served as the Ballet Mistress for BTM from 2009-2014, where she also choreographed and taught for the company and school. Her choreography has been performed by Ballet Theatre of Maryland, The Tallahassee Ballet, Florida State University, Delaware Dance Company, Goucher College, and at the American College Dance Association. Helman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Goucher College and a Master of Arts in Dance from Florida State University. She also serves as the photographer for FSU’s School of Dance and the performance photographer for The Tallahassee Ballet. Her photographs have been published in Dance Magazine, Dance Studio Life, and Dance Teacher Magazine. She has served on the FSU Friends of Dance Leadership Council since 2017. Helman is an American Ballet Theatre® Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT® National Training Curriculum.
Scott was born and raised in Idaho, beginning his engagement with the performing arts in 2010 while completing his undergraduate training in Psychology, later relocating to the Sunshine State in 2016 to continue his training at Florida State University’s School of Dance. A lover of many movement modalities, Scott currently works primarily in yoga and fitness-based spaces in continuation of the study of people and their relationships with their own embodiment.

A native of Philadelphia PA, Ryan P. McMullen received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance from Slippery Rock University and was awarded: The Excellence in Performance Award and The Excellence in Choreography Award. Ryan has performed choreography by artists such as Rodger Belman, Rennie Harris, Alexandre Munz, Ursula Payne, Jawole Zollar, and more. Ryan received his Master of Fine Arts degree in Performance and Choreography from Florida State University, a three-time recipient of the Men’s Provost Performance Scholarship. In 2022, Ryan was awarded the Rock Alumni 10 Under 10 Award for his professional achievements in dance. Ryan presented work at Bucknell University, Dixon Place, Dogtown Dance Theatre, Small Plates Choreography Festival, Koresh Dance Company’s Come Together Festival, Gibney Dance Center, NewGrounds Dance Festival, Exchange Dance Festival, and more. Ryan served as the Director of Dance at Louisburg College from 2018-2021, where he also danced with Elevate, a dance performance and entertainment company based in Raleigh, NC. Ryan was a Visiting Professor at Bucknell University in Fall 2021, and proudly serves as Visiting Faculty at Slippery Rock University.
