About HDP

Hunter Dance Project started in 2017 when the director, Rachel S. Hunter, searched for an avenue in which to share her work. She wanted to invite the community to engage in a blend of dance, theatre, comedy, storytelling, and shared experience. With the assistance of public donations, Hunter's original evening-length work, All the much, was debuted at Theatre Tallahassee along with the start of HDP.  Connecting with various collaborators, HDP continues to create work that engages audiences using various styles of dance alongside humor, drama, and more. Future goals include hosting a festival of artists to showcase the amazing talent in the Tallahassee & Big Bend Region of Florida.
